Elizabeth Atkins represents English language publishers and agents for selling their works into the Spanish and Portuguese languages. Elizabeth works in territories Spain, Portugal, Central and South America. She is assisted by Tessa Estévez.

Both Elizabeth and Tessa also represent Spanish and Latin American authors for world rights.

Elizabeth Atkins has headed her agency since 1989 sharing offices with Laure Merle d'Aubigné who in turn directs her own agency. Both use the acronym A.C.E.R. but work as separate agents sharing an administrative staff. A.C.E.R was originally founded in 1959 and is still known today as one of Spain's most prestigious and long-standing agencies.
