The Literary Agency of Laure Merle d'Aubigné represents French and German language publishers for selling translation rights into the Spanish and Portuguese language markets. Laure Merle d'Aubigné also represents authors, mostly Spanish, worldwide.

Laure Merle d’Aubigné joined the Literary Agency A.C.E.R. in 1986 which is one of the most prestigious international literary agencies in Spain since its creation in 1959 covering a wide variety of works whether fiction or non-fiction.

Since 1989 Laure Merle d'Aubigné has been responsible for the representation of French and German publishers in Spain, Latin America and Portugal whereas Elizabeth Atkins has more specifically represented British and American publishers and agencies for Spanish and Portuguese language territories and has her own list of Spanish language authors as well. Elizabeth Atkins shares the company name and offices of  A.C.E.R. AGENCIA LITERARIA, but works as an independent agent, as does Laure Merle d'Aubigné.
